Modern life has created unprecedented levels of disconnection. Children grow up with little relationship to nature, and families rarely experience community outside their immediate household.
Education often prepares people to survive systems instead of building meaningful lives, prioritizing efficiency over connection, and routine over purpose. We are left searching for a different way of living.

Gioia Village is designed to create impact across the land, the community, and future generations.

The restoration of agricultural food forests.
The project restores and regenerates large areas of agricultural land through food forests, regenerative farming, and biodiversity restoration. The goal is to demonstrate how land can produce food, beauty, and ecological health at the same time.
The village creates an environment where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience a different model of living together. Retreats, gatherings, and long-stay programs bring people into this environment and allow them to experience intentional living.

Intentional living and deep connection.

Lifelong learning in harmony with nature.
Education is the most important long-term impact of the project. It provides future generations with immersive environments connected to nature, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven living, equipping them to build meaningful lives.
A portion of the village’s ecosystem will support initiatives that give young people access to learning environments connected to nature, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven living. The goal is to help the next generation develop real-world skills and leadership grounded in responsibility, creativity, and collaboration.
Connecting with the rhythms of the earth as a foundational teacher for the next generation.
Fostering creativity and practical skills to solve real-world challenges sustainably.
Guiding others with responsibility, empathy, and a deep collaborative spirit.
Learning how to thoughtfully sustain and restore the environments we inhabit.
Gioia Village also supports the creation of a foundation dedicated to young people and family legacy.
The foundation will help support educational opportunities, mentorship programs, and initiatives that allow young people to develop skills that prepare them for a rapidly changing world.
Families who participate in the ecosystem of Gioia Village will have opportunities to connect their children to these programs and experiences.
The goal is simple: To help young people grow into leaders who understand responsibility to community, to nature, and to future generations.

What the Legacy Founder Circle Makes Possible
Before Gioia Village fully opens, we are inviting a limited number of people to join the Founder Circle. These are the people who help bring the project into being and whose names will always be associated with the start of Gioia Village.
The Legacy Founding Circle members receive long-term privileges within the Gioia ecosystem and become part of the story of the land itself. Their support helps establish the regenerative landscape, community spaces, and educational initiatives that will shape the future of Gioia Village.
* Contributes to the regeneration of the land.
* Helps establish the Gioia food forest and landscape restoration.
* Supports the creation of community gathering spaces.
* Launches the educational initiatives connected to the village.

Restoring the rhythm between people, nature, and purpose.
