The Land
The project restores and regenerates large areas of agricultural land through food forests, regenerative farming, and biodiversity restoration. The goal is to demonstrate how land can produce food, beauty, and ecological health at the same time.
Level 02
Community Life
The village creates an environment where people can slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience a different model of living together. Retreats, gatherings, and long-stay programs bring people into this environment and allow them to experience intentional living.

Education

Families who participate in the ecosystem of Gioia Village will have opportunities to connect their children to these programs and experiences.
The goal is simple: To help young people grow into leaders who understand responsibility to community, to nature, and to future generations.

What the Legacy Founder Circle Makes Possible
Before Gioia Village fully opens, we are inviting a limited number of people to join the Founder Circle. These are the people who help bring the project into being and whose names will always be associated with the start of Gioia Village.
The Legacy Founding Circle members receive long-term privileges within the Gioia ecosystem and become part of the story of the land itself. Their support helps establish the regenerative landscape, community spaces, and educational initiatives that will shape the future of Gioia Village.
